How do I change the status of an applicant?

Go to the Resumes screen and click on the name of the applicant you want you edit. You will be sent to the applicant's profile screen. Look for the "Applicant for" section on the right side of the screen. It looks like this:

In the example above, this applicant has applied for the Day Trader position. Her status is "New", meaning she has applied for the position and no one has reviewed her resumes. To change the status of this applicant, click the "Change status..." link under the current status. You'll see a menu appear for selecting a new status:

Select the new status and click "Change". The applicant's status will be updated.
