More fields for supplental candidate info

Two questions about what feels some like big restrictions for how we'd like to use it:

1) If we want to let the applicants include more than one link to blogs/portfolios/sites, how can we do that (eg. can the applicant "add" more fields?

2) Is there a way to let the applicants upload supplemental files (eg. Word or PDF) in addition to their resume? Didn't see that as an Optional field. I would think it'd be easy though.

   Hi Mark,

   Here's the answers to your questions:

   1) We do not have a tool for adding additional questions currently.
   2) It is easy to do and we are working on adding this feature.
